This app can be used to obtain some information about the distribution of Impact Factors. It uses 2024 data from the Web of Science (https://doi.org/10.13140/RG.2.2.34797.60640/). Use the button below to select the categories of the journals you are interested in. When no category is selected, the data from all the categories is displayed.

Percentile table

This table shows the Impact Factor values at different percentiles. For example, the value at the 0.58 percentile is the Impact Factor below which 58% of the journals are. The column names are the decimals, the row names are the hundreths, e.g. to find the 58th percentile, use column 0.5 and the row 0.08.
